In the SLDP, you’ll spend your first rotation as a Sales Representative. You’ll receive extensive product and sales training that will help you manage 20-40 existing Gallo accounts. At times, this job can be unglamorous, but it is always rewarding. Our program gives you the opportunity to develop your career through hard work and demonstrated leadership.
No cold calling needed, but you may be required to lift displays up to 50 lbs.
You are given the training and product knowledge you need to succeed.
You are responsible for increasing sales volume and building relationships with your accounts.

It’s time to show off what you know! As a Distributor District Sales Manager, you will be managing a team of 4-7! You’ll manage top accounts, while assuming the training and development responsibilities for your team.
Train and develop new sales representatives.
Leverage your leadership skills to motivate your sales team.
Build and execute sales plans.

Support our distributors while working as a winery liaison focused on strategy and in-market execution.
Responsible for developing strategy and leading people inside our distributors.
Products sold on-premise (bars, restaurants, casinos, concert venues, etc.) are fair game for this team.
Our CD team spends time driving business at the corporate level with large retail and on-premise chains.
Work with large customers to optimize their product sets and mix.
Spend time on-campus recruiting new talent and in the classroom training our distributor employees.
